Played a pivotal role in the successful setup of a new business in the Australian market working with their partner company. The challenge was immense — building systems, resources, and capabilities from scratch to support the company’s strategy. Worked closely with the Veeva team to ensure the smooth execution of all three phases of the project. One of the biggest factors behind the project’s success was the trust that Kristina placed in Veeva. Kristina was open to suggestions, trusted Veeva’s recommendations, and worked at an impressive speed throughout the engagement. The willingness to adopt recommendations allowed the Veeva products to showcase their flexibility and adaptability to use cases in the life sciences industry.
