No, Veeva Summit is an in-person event in Boston, designed for you to connect with life sciences professionals and experts from across the industry.

Veeva R&D and Quality Summit is a complimentary event for Veeva customers and life science professionals. There is no cancellation fee if you can’t attend, but we ask that you notify us in advance at rdsummit@veeva.com so we can reallocate your seat to someone else.

To help you secure approval, we’ve created this justification letter template that highlights the value of attending Summit.

You can request accessible accommodations and services when registering for Summit. A representative will contact you to discuss your needs to make sure your experience at the event is enjoyable. For any questions or to request more information regarding accessible accommodation and/or services, please email rdsummit@veeva.com.

To help focus your experience, we have 5 Summit zones: Clinical, Quality & Manufacturing, Regulatory, Safety, and Vault Platform. Within each zone, you will find zone keynotes, leading pharma sessions, roadmaps, innovation theaters, demos, and have the chance to connect with peers and experts.

Set times during the event to Connect: grab a coffee, network with peers, meet speakers, attend innovation theaters led by Veeva experts, join conversational roundtables, see group demos or a tailored individual demo.

Our priority is everyone’s health and safety, so we will strictly adhere to the latest guidelines to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable during Summit.

Face masks are not mandatory, however, you may wear one if you wish to.

We will have hygiene stations throughout the event and enhanced cleaning procedures will be followed.

Group Discussions are interactive discussions for exchanging ideas and insights on specific topics. To join a Group Discussion:

  1. Download the Summit App: Access the app on your mobile device to view available Group Discussion topics.
  2. Explore Topics: Browse through the list of topics and find one that aligns with your interests.
  3. Join Discussion: For small group discussions, register ahead in the app. For large group discussions, arrive at the designated area early as space fills up.
