Once your registration is approved, you will receive a link to book your accommodation at the Hilton Madrid Airport (Address: Avenida de la Hispanidad 2-4, Madrid, 28042, Spain. Tel: +34 911-534-000), at our Veeva preferential rate:

Free shuttles will be arranged from the Hilton Madrid Airport to the Marriott Auditorium for our guests.
