CROs advance in the partnership program through three tiers, based on their experience with the product, training achievement, and verified customer satisfaction
Premier CRO Partner
Our most experienced partners. They have demonstrated quality across a high volume of studies, are well versed on Vault EDC best practices, and have received positive feedback from at least four sponsor customers
Preferred CRO Partner
Earned preferred status. They have demonstrated quality across at least 10 studies, consistently adopted Vault EDC features, and have received positive feedback from at least two sponsor customers
CRO Partner
Joined the Veeva CRO Partner Program. They have demonstrated experience with Vault EDC in either an FSO or FSP capacity, completed all base training, and are committed to increasing their Vault EDC capabilities
