Veeva Japan 株式会社（本社：東京都渋谷区、代表取締役：岡村 崇、以下、Veeva）は、MRが電話とオンラインで医師と効率的に話す仕組みを提供するエンタッチ株式会社（本社：東京都千代田区、 代表取締役社長 ：マーティ・ロバーツ、以下、エンタッチ社） とパートナシップを結びました。このパートナシップをもとにエンタッチ社は 1-to-1 e-Touch Detailing (ワンツゥーワン イータッチ ディーティリング）を、2月25日より販売開始しました。
薬価改定、 ジェネリック医薬品の数量シエア目標やグローバルな競争激化など、 厳しさを増す製薬業界。 コスト削減のためMR （医薬品情報を提供する営業） の数は減っています。 また、 訪問規制などにより忙しさを増す医師の時間を日中に取るのは難しく、 MRは待ち時間に多くを費やし、 適切に情報を伝えることができにくくなっています。 この問題を解決すべく、 エンタッチ社は医師が都合のよい時間にMRと予約を取り、 電話とオンラインで医薬品情報提供をする仕組みを開発しました。 診察前や診察後を含む６時から23 時まで、経験豊富なMRが全国の医師に対応します。
医薬業界の変革の中、MRの効率化や医師への情報提供のマルチチャネル化を推進する最先端のサービスの提供を通じ、エンタッチが新たに提供する仕組みに共感し、連携することとなりました。
