各種医師とのネットを含めた接点情報を現場の営業担当者へタイムリーに提供する新サービスを開始

医師と製薬会社の接点が多様化する中、医師は、インターネットを中心に様々なチャネルから情報収集をしています。現場の営業担当者は、MR君?(注1) をはじめとした医師の各種接点情報を把握する事で、細かな興味領域に応じた情報を的確なタイミングで医師へ提供することが期待されます。しかし、データフォーマットの変換、整形から、情報の配信、または参照システムへのロード作業は属人的で負荷が高く、営業担当者へタイムリーに提供できないケースが数多くあります。
この課題を解決する為、Veevaは医師の各種接点情報を、直接Veeva CRMへ連携するクラウドサービスを提供します。本社部門の負荷無く、医師の接点情報が日々Veeva CRMへ自動連携されるこのサービスは、Veeva CRMが標準で提供するマルチチャネルアラート、タイムラインを軸に、営業担当者へ迅速且つ効率的に情報を提供する事が可能になります。クラウドとして提供される本サービスは、利用開始に必要な導入期間も短く、短期間で営業担当者が効果的なアクションプラン立案をサポートすることが期待されます。
